This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from C.C. Science of Sports Ltd (Reg. No. HE 449875), 8 Michalaki Karaoli, Anemomylos Building, Floor 5, 1095 Nicosia, Cyprus via scienceofsports.net. You can contact us at info@scienceofsports.net or +357 22 396997.
Under EU consumer law, you may cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked — provided the digital product has not yet been produced and delivered (see section 3).
Reports and video are bespoke digital items produced for you. If you ask us to begin production within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that once the finished report or video has been delivered the right to cancel may no longer apply, as permitted for custom digital content. Before delivery, you may cancel for a full refund.
Platform access subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if access has not yet been used. For Early Bird/pre-launch purchases, if we are unable to provide the service by the stated launch, you receive a full refund.
Email info@scienceofsports.net with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Viva Wallet, normally within 14 days.
